The event will be co-sponsored by the UC Davis Dept. of Food Science and Technology, the Robert Mondavi Institute and the California Institute for Food and Agricultural Research and by the California League of Food Processors and Heinz Seed.
The lectures are intended for tomato processors and growers and UC-affiilated researchers. See link below for the agenda.
The registration fee is $75.00 for industry/government, and $25.00 for UC-affiliated attendees (all-day attendance is required for UC attendees at sponsor request). The fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and a complimentary visitor parking permit if you are coming from off-campus.
UC affiliates may also pay by DaFIS account; please complete the UC-Only Recharge Registration Form (Word doc) and email it to zgates@ucdavis.edu.
